FAQ Billing questions
How does billing work?
Plans are billed monthly in advance, in USD, by card via Stripe. Metered overage, where applicable, is billed at the end of each cycle.
Do I pay for model usage too?
You bring your own provider API keys, so model usage is billed directly by your providers. LAIVC charges only for the gateway platform. Managed provider billing is available on Enterprise.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
Do you offer refunds?
First-time subscriptions can be refunded within 14 days of the initial charge. Details in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What happens if I exceed my plan?
We notify you before limits are reached. You can enable metered overage, upgrade, or let requests be rate-limited — your choice, configured per project.
