Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions for the LAIVC platform purchased from Laivc Inc. All charges are in US dollars and processed by Stripe.

1. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing support@laivc.com.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain full access to paid features until then.
After cancellation, your account reverts to the free Developer plan. Data beyond free-plan limits is retained for 30 days and then deleted.
No further charges are made after cancellation, except metered overage already incurred in the final billing period.

2. Refunds

14-day guarantee for new subscriptions: if you are subscribing to a paid plan for the first time and are not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of the initial charge for a full refund of that charge.
Renewals: renewal charges are generally non-refundable, but if you cancel within 72 hours of an unwanted renewal and have not materially used the Service in the new period, we will refund the renewal charge on request.
Metered overage: charges for usage actually incurred are non-refundable.
Service failure: if a verified outage or defect on our side prevented you from using the Service in a material way, we will issue a pro-rated refund or credit for the affected period.
Enterprise agreements: refund terms for Enterprise contracts are governed by the applicable order form or master agreement.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@laivc.com from the address on your account with your account email and the reason for the request. We respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

4. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us before disputing it with your card issuer — we resolve billing mistakes quickly and without friction.
