This Privacy Policy describes how Laivc Inc. ("LAIVC", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our websites and services (the "Service").
1. Information We Collect
Account information
Name, email address, company name, and billing details when you create an account or subscribe to a paid plan. Payment card details are collected and stored by our payment processor, Stripe — we never store full card numbers.
Service data
When your applications send requests through the gateway, we process the request and response content ("Customer Content") to provide routing, guardrails, and logging. What is retained is controlled by your plan and your configuration (for example, log retention windows and redaction settings).
Usage and device information
Log data such as IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, API request metadata (timestamps, token counts, model identifiers, latency), and diagnostic events.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
- To process payments, send invoices, and manage subscriptions;
- To provide support and respond to inquiries;
- To monitor for abuse, fraud, and security incidents;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use Customer Content to train AI models.
3. How We Share Information
We share information only with:
- Model providers you connect — request content is forwarded to the third-party AI providers you configure, under your agreements with them;
- Service providers — hosting, payment processing (Stripe), email, and analytics vendors acting on our behalf under contract;
- Legal authorities — where required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights, safety, or the integrity of the Service;
- Successors — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, with notice to you.
4. Data Retention
Account information is retained for as long as your account is active and as required for legal and accounting purposes. Gateway logs are retained according to your plan's retention window and your configuration, then deleted. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
5. Data Residency and Transfers
The Service is operated from the United States. Plans with data-residency features allow you to pin gateway processing and log storage to selected regions (US or EU). Where personal data is transferred across borders, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect information, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please report suspected vulnerabilities to security@laivc.com.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@laivc.com. We respond to verified requests within the timelines required by applicable law (including the GDPR and the CCPA/CPRA, where they apply).
8. Cookies
Our websites use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
