Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the laivc website and services (the “Service”), operated by Laivc Inc, a Wyoming corporation (“laivc”, “we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

laivc is a software service that generates websites, web applications and related digital work products from user instructions, using automated AI systems. The Service is currently offered as an early access product; features may change as the product develops.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use paid features.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly) via our payment processor, Stripe. Plan allowances reset each billing cycle and unused allowance does not roll over unless stated otherwise. Optional metered top-ups are billed as used. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

4. Your content and ownership

You retain ownership of the instructions and materials you provide, and of the work products the Service generates for you, to the maximum extent permitted by law. You grant us the license needed to operate the Service (hosting, processing, displaying your projects to you and those you share them with).

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful — including malware, phishing pages, or content that violates third-party rights. We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited use.

6. AI-generated output

Output is generated by automated systems and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing output before relying on it or publishing it. The Service does not provide legal, financial, medical or other professional advice.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Upon termination you may export your projects for a reasonable period.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or email before they take effect.

10. Governing law and contact
