Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want billing to be as predictable as the product. This policy explains how cancellation, refunds and metered usage work for laivc subscriptions.

1. Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting hello@laivc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep full access until then. No further charges are made after cancellation.

2. Refunds

Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by applicable law. If something went wrong on our side — you were charged in error, or the Service was materially unavailable — contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right, including a full or partial refund where appropriate.

3. Metered top-ups

Metered usage beyond your plan is billed as used and is non-refundable once consumed. Auto-pause is available on every plan: when enabled, the Service stops before any metered charge is incurred, so you never receive a surprise bill.

4. Digital delivery

laivc is a digital service delivered immediately upon subscription. Access begins as soon as payment is confirmed. Statutory cooling-off or withdrawal rights, where they apply to digital services in your jurisdiction, are honored in accordance with applicable law.

5. How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Stripe), normally within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.
