This Privacy Policy explains how Laivc Inc (“laivc”, “we”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you use the laivc website and services.

Account information (name, email, password hash); billing information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers); usage data (features used, job metadata, device and log data); and the content you submit to the Service (briefs, instructions, project files).

2. How we use it

To provide and improve the Service, process payments, provide support, prevent abuse and fraud, and send service communications. We do not sell personal information. We do not use your briefs or generated work products to train AI models.

3. Processors and transfers

We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service: payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and infrastructure, and AI inference providers that process job content transiently to generate output. Providers are bound by confidentiality and data processing obligations. Data may be processed in countries other than your own with appropriate safeguards.

4. Retention

Account and project data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless earlier deletion is requested. Billing records are retained as required by law.

5. Your rights

Subject to applicable law (including the California Consumer Privacy Act and the GDPR where they apply), you may request access, correction, deletion, or export of your personal information by contacting us. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures — encryption in transit, access controls, and least-privilege infrastructure — to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we will notify affected users of any breach as required by law.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and, with consent where required, limited analytics cookies to understand aggregate usage.
